Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel their booking and get full refund of their deposit

until 30 days before the arrival date.

If guests cancel their booking until 15 days before their arrival date they will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation.

​

If guests cancel at any period between 14 days or 24 hours prior to

their arrival date or don't show up the full deposit will be deducted. 

Cancellations must be sent/requested via email ONLY.

We can offer alternative dates based on availability or the deposit can also be transferred to client's friends/family within the same season, we must be notified via email with the booking details you wish to transfer your deposit to.

At Mistral  we do understand that plans may change due to unforeseen events, so kindly let us know as soon as possible in order to accommodate your request.
